I AM SORE!!!!!!!!!!

Today was my first 6.31 mile road run.  I ran to my mom’s house by Brighton, and back.  My hip flexors are so tender, I seriously can not lift my leg from the hip.  Time for ice and Ibuprofen. Phew…took me 1 hour, 21 minutes.  Now I need to work on the time since I can “go the distance“!

Sundance Food and Wine Festival

Justin and I went with his parents to the Sundance Food and Wine Festival.  Other than it being very, very hot, we really enjoyed all the great foods and wines.  The scenery wasn’t bad either!

A New Beginning

For those of you that follow my blog, I’m sure you’ve noticed that my blog has been “unavailable” as of late.  That, my friends, is because Blogger “accidentally” closed it down and now they are saying it may take weeks to get it back up.  Hello???  Do they not realize what can happen in a few weeks?  So, the term “Good riddens to bad rubish” applies greatly here and I have taken my life over to WordPress. 

To recap from my last post: my brother and sister-in-law, Amber, had their sweet baby.  I have a new beautiful niece named Brielle Helyne Young.
